ELF Toolchain v0.7.1

I am pleased to announce the availability of version 0.7.1 of the software being developed by the ElfToolChain project.

This release offers:

• Better support of the DWARF4 format.
• Support for more machine architectures.
• Many bug fixes and improvements.

The release also contains experimental code for:

• A library handling the Portable Executable (PE) format.
• A link editor.
